Terms of service

By using our rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Rental Agreement

  • All rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. A signed rental agreement, along with a reservation deposit, is required to secure your rental items for the event date.

2. Reservation Deposit

  • A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your rental items and date. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental cost but will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required based on the items rented. This deposit covers any potential damages or losses and will be refunded within 5-10 business days after the items are returned in their original condition.

4. Final Payment

  • Full payment of the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. Orders not paid in full by this deadline may be subject to cancellation without a refund of the reservation deposit.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. Any cancellations made within two weeks of the event date will not be eligible for refunds. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.

6. Damage or Loss of Rental Items

  • Renters are responsible for ensuring that all rental items are returned in the condition received. Damages, breakages, or loss of items will result in deductions from the security deposit, or additional charges if the cost exceeds the deposit. Fees for repair or replacement will be communicated promptly.

7. Pickup and Return Policy

  • Rental items must be picked up and returned according to the dates and times specified in the rental agreement. Early returns do not qualify for refunds. Late returns may incur additional fees.

9. Liability

  • Picture Perfect Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage to persons or property that may occur while using rental items. Clients assume full responsibility and liability for the safe use and operation of rental items.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

  • Picture Perfect Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
