At Picture Perfect Rentals, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and stress-free rental experience for our clients. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand our terms.
1. Deposits and Security Deposits
- Reservation Deposit: Any deposit made to secure your rental agreement is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This deposit helps cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- Security Deposit: If applicable, your security deposit will be fully refunded within 5-10 business days following the return of rental items in the agreed-upon condition.
2. Final Payment and Refund Eligibility
- Final Payments: The full balance of your rental is due two weeks prior to the event date.
- Cancellations After Final Payment: Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are not eligible for refunds. This ensures that our resources and inventory remain available to serve you and other clients.
3. Damages and Losses
- All rented items should be returned in the condition received. Damages or loss of items will result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges if they exceed the deposit amount.
4. Early Returns
- If you choose to return rental items before the agreed return date, no refunds or credits will be provided.
